CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, well beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 to 2/3 c. uncooked rice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients well. Put small amount into precooked cabbage leaf, roll up and tuck in sides. Place in roaster, one layer of sauerkraut from a (No. 2) can. Put one layer of cabbage rolls over this. Repeat until all meat mixture is used. Pour over this 2 small cans of tomato sauce and 1/2 can water. Bake in 300 to 350 degree oven at least 3 hours. With a sharp knife, cut along cabbage core. Place cabbage in pan of boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. Roll up from core end and tuck in sides.
