1 1/2-2 lb. round of flake steak (cut in thin strips)

Mix.

1 sm. bottle soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Hickory sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Soak in liquid for 24 hours. Place in oven on grate. Heat oven at 140 degrees. Leave in oven for 12 hours.
