1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines preferred)
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. pkg. German chocolate (grated)
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients, adding chocolate chips and nuts last. Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
