FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies
Fresh or well-drained fruit of your choice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar

Slice cookie dough and line pizza pan or cookie sheet with dough, pressing it into a solid crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese with sugar and spread over cookie crust. Top with fruit. May be topped with Cool Whip or Apricot Glaze.

APRICOT GLAZE:

1/2 c. apricot preserves
A little water
