CAJUN RELISH 
1 can peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can black olives, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate or flavors to blend for at least 2 hours before serving. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps a couple weeks.

To serve - use Doritos or tortilla chips to dip up the relish.
