CAJUN SHRIMP 
24 med. shrimp, butterflied
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried red chili peppers
1/2 bay leaf, crushed
1/2 garlic clove, pared, crushed

Saute shrimp in butter and oil for three to four minutes. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for four to five minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, for five minutes before serving. Serves 4.
