KUCHEN WITH STREUSEL TOPPING 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients. Then add butter; mix as for pie crust. Add milk and eggs; mix. Press in sides and bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

4 to 6 peaches, halved
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar

Place peach halves on crust, cut side up. Mix egg, sour cream, flour and sugar. Pour over fruit.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar and butter, cut in flour and cinnamon. Cover fruit with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
