PUMPKIN PIE WITH STREUSEL
TOPPING
 
FILLING:

30 oz. can pumpkin pie mix
1 egg
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Blend all ingredients. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. firm butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel on pies. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
