MARSHMALLOW CREME MERINGUE 
3 egg whites
Dash of salt
1 c. marshmallow creme

Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add marshmallow creme beating until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie and bake at 500 degrees for 3 minutes or until lightly brown.

After trying to make meringue and it flopping so many times I decided to try this and I am so glad I did. The taste is so much better and it is so easy. I had enough that I could have made two pies piled high! I am so glad I found this recipe because I do not like whipped topping. I put it on a coconut cream pie and it's amazing!

I completely agree with the other review. So much more simple than regular meringue and tastes better too. It is sweeter and more flavorful and you don't have to worry about it collapsing.
