TWO SAUCE GRILLED CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken breasts

Second Sauce:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
little salt

Marinate chicken overnight in First Sauce in refrigerator. Grill bony side down 4 to 6-inches above coals for 5 minutes. Baste and turn for 20 minutes, using First Sauce. For final 15 minutes, turn and baste with Second Sauce.

First Sauce:

3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice

(Reserve some for basting later.)
