PUMPKIN CRISP 
Mix together:

1 lg. (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

The pour mixture into a oblong pan (9 x 13 inches). Next, top the pumpkin mixture with the following ingredients (one at a time, spread evenly).

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. pecans
2 sticks melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Chill before putting icing on cake.

ICING:

Mix:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Spread over cake. Keep in refrigerator.
