PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin (15 oz. can)
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 4 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients and combine with pumpkin mix. Bake in jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool - then frost - keep refrigerated.

FROSTING:

3/4 stick butter
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix with electric mixer.
