AVOCADO SALSA 
1 large ripe avocado
1 green onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. dairysour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic or 2 cloves fresh
fresh lemon or lime juice, to taste (optional)

Peel avocado and slice into the container of a blender or food processor. Add green onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro. water, sour cream, salt, white pepper and garlic. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add a squeeze or two of fresh lemon or lime juice if desired.

Prepare this salsa just before serving to avoid discoloring, or add Fruit Fresh or extra lemon juice if it will be stored overnight. Slight discoloration is not harmful.
