CRAWFISH FETTUCCINE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 lb. crawfish tails 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 med. onion, chopped Salt and pepper 6 oz. fettucini noodles, cooked and drained 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, chopped Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in onions, garlic until brown. Add soy sauce and crawfish. Toss fettucini with 2 tablespoons butter and Parmesan cheese until coated. To serve, mound warm noodles on plate and top with crawfish mixture. Serves 4. |
