1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. heavy cream
1 1/4 c. grated cheese
Pepper
Salt
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
Parsley

Heat butter and cream until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup grated cheese to sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until sauce is smooth. Cook fettuccine noodles by directions on box. Pour sauce over fettuccine noodles. Top with remaining cheese and parsley.
