GARLIC - STYLE ZUCCHINI 
4 sm. green zucchini
3 tomatoes, fresh
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Butter enough to cover bottom of pan
Cheese to your preference

Cut up zucchini in thick round circles. Cut up the tomatoes in large triangular slices. Melt the butter in a skillet. In the same pan, saute the zucchini and the tomatoes. Add the salt, pepper and garlic salt. Can add cheese on top as well.
