CHICKEN NIBBLERS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1 sm. onion
2 stalks celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. flour
2 c. shortening

Place chicken wings, onion, celery, salt and pepper in saucepan; add water to cover. Cook for 30 minutes; cool. Disjoint wings, discarding tips; cool.

Combine 6 tablespoons water and honey. Dip wing pieces into water mixture; roll in flour. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Heat shortening in skillet; fry wing pieces until brown.
