MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 1/2 lbs. wings (40 pieces)
4 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt (or less)
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
5 tbsp. soy sauce
2 stalks green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 eggs

Beat all together - soak wings 3-4 hours. Deep fry wings. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
