MARY LOU'S SALMON LOG 
1 lg. cream cheese
1 lg. can salmon, boned and cleaned
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. horseradish

Add salmon and next 5 items to cream cheese and mix. Form into a log. Roll in parsley and chopped pecans.
