TURKEY TOMATOE MELTS 
1 pkg. turkey breast slices
1 tbsp. butter
4 slices tomato
4 green pepper rings
4 slices Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices French bread, toasted

Melt butter in skillet on medium. When butter begins to brown, add turkey. Cook 3 minutes, turn, top with tomato, green pepper and cheese. Cover. Cook 2 minutes more. Serve open-faced on French bread.
