TURKEY-STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 lb. raw ground turkey
4-6 lg. tomatoes
1 tsp. sweet basil
Pepper to taste
4-6 slices cheese

Remove top slice from tops of tomatoes. Scrape out and reserve pulp, leaving the 1/4 inch thick shells intact. Set aside shells.

Brown turkey with basil, pepper, and reserved tomato pulp until turkey is browned and liquid is cooked away. Stuff tomato shells with turkey mixture and top with cheese slices.

Place in 1-1 1/2 quart baking dish, small enough to hold shells upright. Heat in oven at 350 degrees or microwave until tomatoes are soft and cheese is melted. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
