SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen boiled shrimp
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice (long grain, UNCLE BEN'S® or wild)
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 tbsp. dried mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Mix and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with slivered almonds or bread crumbs.
