CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen long grain rice
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears in cheese sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 whole chicken breasts, stewed and picked of bone and chopped (save broth)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 jar mushrooms, sliced
6 tbsp. chicken broth

Cook rice and broccoli according to package while cooking this - mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 6 tablespoons chicken broth. Then mix cooked rice with soup mixture. Place in casserole dish.

Drain cheese sauce from broccoli and mix with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Add broccoli over rice. Put chicken on broccoli; then put sauce over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
