HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain & wild rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cubed ham
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayo
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions. Spread rice in the bottom of a buttered 13"x9"x2" casserole. Top with a layer of broccoli, then ham, then cheese. Blend soup, mayo, mustard and curry. Pour mixture over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Can be frozen ahead. Serves 6 to 8.
