HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bunch broccoli or 1 pkg. broccoli flowerettes, cooked and drained
2 c. diced, cooked ham
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Add milk and cook, stirring until sauce thickens and comes to a boil. Add cheese and pepper; stir until cheese has melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked spaghetti, ham, and broccoli. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven 40 minutes until hot and bubbly. 4-6 servings.
