DIRTY RICE 
1 fryer
2 (5 oz. each) pkgs. Mahatma Saffron yellow rice
1 lg. onion
Bell pepper
Black pepper
Celery
Garlic
Hot pepper

Boil chicken with 1/4 cup chopped hot peppers, 1/2 stick celery chopped, chopped onion, black pepper, salt, and dash of garlic. When chicken is done, remove bone and chop or dice. Cook rice in chicken broth. Cook 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup bell pepper in 1/2 cup cooking oil in skillet. Fold this and chicken into rice. Cook on low heat 5 minutes covered. Serve.
