EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 chicken breasts, cut in half
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. uncooked saffron rice
1 tbsp. butter

Combine undiluted soups together in a 9"x13" baking pan. Add rice and stir. Rub chicken lightly with butter. Lay chicken over mixture in the baking dish so it is covered. Do not press down.

Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Chicken will brown slightly and be tender. The rice will absorb all the soup.
