APPLE CRISP 
3 granny smith apples, cored
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup nuts
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix apples and cranberries with 1 tablespoon flour, honey, lemon juice in the bottom of an 8x8-inch square pan.

In a bowl mix 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, oats, nuts and softened butter. Put on top of apples.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or till brown and golden.
