CHEESE PIE (QUICHE) 
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. ham, bacon or sausage, cooked
2 (8 inch) pie shells

Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
