CHEESE QUICHE 
10 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 lb. ham or bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 c. cheese
1 c. cooked potatoes, diced

Fry bacon to desired crispness, break into pieces or use diced ham. Layer meat and vegetables in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add 1/2 cheese. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean. For glass pans, decrease temperature 25 degrees.
