LEMON VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 c. sliced green onions (or scallions)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

In 1-pint jar with tight fitting lid or cruet, combine all ingredients; shake well. Chill to blend flavors. May be a marinade for asparagus, broccoli, poultry or fish. Makes 1 cup.
