3 c. zucchini, grated or chopped
1 c. Bisquick
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix in order given. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased pie pan or casserole for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
