MEATBALLS IN DILL CREAM SAUCE 
MEATBALLS:

8 oz. ground beef
8 oz. ground pork
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp.
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. water

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. half & half
Cooked buttered egg noodles

In bowl combine all meatball ingredients, shape into 1" balls. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, for sauce, melt butter, blend in flour. Cook, stirring constantly 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth, stirring until thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir dill and meatballs into sauce. Reduce heat to low, simmer 15 minutes. Pour in half and half and heat until warm, about 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.
