CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 lb. cranberries
3 oranges (seedlesss)
1 c. coconut
4 c. sugar
1 c. wine
1 1/2 pecans
1 lg. crushed pineapple
1 lg. box cherry jello

Grind cranberries and oranges. Heat cranberries, oranges and sugar to dissolve then add Jello. Add remaining ingredients. (Can be frozen). Set for 24 hours.
