TRIPLE LAYER DELIGHT | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1 stick butter 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant pudding (pistachio or lemon) 3 c. milk Mix flour and butter until crumbly. Add nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar well. Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Beat pudding and spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Garnish with nuts. Chill. |
