2 lbs. sausage
5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. parsley
1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix

Brown sausage, drain and mix all ingredients except the hot roll mix. In a separate bowl mix the Pillsbury Hot Roll dough according to directions on the box. Allow dough to rise only once, then separate into 2 sections and roll out into oblong shape. Place half of sausage mixture on each piece of dough, then roll into a log shape. Brush the top of each log with egg and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
