CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated at room temperature
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Beat cream cheese and add sugar and vanilla. Add melted chocolate chips. Separate eggs and add yolks to cream cheese mixture. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Add 2/3 cup sugar. Fold into chocolate mixture. Beat 1 cup whipping cream until stiff and add to chocolate mixture. Beat another 1 cup cream until soft peaks with 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and top in pie with shaved chocolate. Refrigerate.
