BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar Cheese Whiz with jalapeno peppers (or Velveeta 8 oz. Mexican)
1 c. cooked rice
1 chopped onion

Preheat oven 325 or 350 degrees. Melt butter in skillet, add chopped onion and cook until tender. Add defrosted broccoli, stir. Add can of soup and jar of cheese and stir until soup and cheese are melted. Add 1 cup cooked rice and stir. Pour into casserole dish. Cook uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
