STEWED POTATOES | |
4-6 potatoes 1/2 c. milk 1/2 stick butter Salt to taste Dice potatoes and boil in water. Drain water, except for 2/3 to 1 cup of water. Add 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 stick of butter. Bring back to a boil, stir lightly, not to mash the potatoes. Remove from heat. Add salt or pepper and serve. |
