CRUNCHY CHICKEN OR TURKEY
SUPREME
 
2 c. turkey or chicken, cooked & cubed
2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Harvest fresh frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, diced & drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. In large bowl, combine all casserole ingredients. Spoon into greased casserole.

TOPPING AND GARNISH:

2 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 c.
2 tbsp. butter, melted

In small bowl, combine cereal and butter; sprinkle evenly over casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated and topping is lightly browned. Garnish with parsley and pimiento. Serves 6-8.
