FRESH PEACH PIE 
3 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon and sugar

Mix peaches, sugar and flour together. Set aside. Line pie plate with pastry, dot with butter, add peaches and cover with top pastry. Place a few slits in pastry. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
