EGG STRATA 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large loaf of sliced bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Line bottom of a 9 x 12 pan with broken up pieces of bread. Scramble the eggs with the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set.

This makes a good breakfast served with bacon or sausage or a luncheon served with fresh asparagus. Serve for breakfast or lunch.
