CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 c. tomato sauce
10-12 frankfurters & buns

Brown meat and add onions to cook until tender; drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Add a little water, if necessary. This can be made ahead and frozen.
