BEST ROAST BEEF SUB OR SANDWICH 
sub roll or your favorite bread
roast beef (1/4 lb. per person)
Provolone cheese (2-3 slices per sandwich)
onions red, yellow or white (I prefer red)
pickle stackers (or hamburger dill pickle chips)
Hellmann's mayonnaise (or another really good mayo)

Cut sub roll in half. Slice up onions thinly. Spread mayonnaise on bread. Put mayonnaise, roast beef, cheese, onions and pickles on roll.

Either put under broiler or microwave. If broiler then keep an eye on it. Microwave 35 seconds.
