1 #303 (med.) can peach halves 1 med. can apricot halves 1 med. can pear halves 1 med. can pineapple chunks 1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 - 1 tbsp. curry powder Drain fruit and blot with a paper towel. Melt butter and add sugar and curry powder. Simmer on top of stove to melt sugar. Put fruit into baking dish or pan. Pour butter mixture over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm. Can be made ahead and reheated. |
