STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 of an already cooked angel food cake
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 1/4 cups of boiling water. Stir in thawed strawberries and sugar and salt. Cook until it begins to thicken. Beat cream; fold into Jello mixture.

Tear angel food cake into chunks and layer cake in pan and pour mixture over cake pieces and stir until cake pieces are covered. Chill overnight or until cold.
