1 angel food cake
1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
2 c. frozen strawberries
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. ice water

Break cake into small pieces. Dissolve gelatin into hot water; add ice water. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until thick and fluffy. Drain strawberries and save juice.

Combine gelatin, berries and Cool Whip. Pour cake crumbs in tube pan alternately with berry mixture. Chill until firm. Turn out of pan and glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. strawberry juice
2 drops red food coloring
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. butter

Combine strawberry juice and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Add food coloring and butter.
