SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bag sliced squash
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Salt & pepper

Cook squash in bag for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 2 minutes more. Drain and mash. Add other ingredients, but only half of the cheese. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, stir. Cook for 5 minutes more. Top with cheese and put back in oven until cheese melts.
