2 lbs. ground chuck
14 oz. jar pizza sauce
Sm. can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Chopped onion (optional)
Hamburger buns

Using a small amount of the pizza sauce, mix ground chuck and mushrooms. Form into patties and place on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes. Remove, spoon pizza sauce over each patty and divide shredded Mozzarella evenly over top of each. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve in hamburger buns. Makes about 8 patties.
