MARINATED CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
4 c. thinly sliced cauliflower 1 sm. onion, sliced and separated into rings 12 sm. pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced 1/3 c. reduced-calorie Russian dressing 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients in medium glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 1 hour, but no longer than 36 hours. Makes 6 servings. |
